• National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the designated trade issued by NCVT — SCVT certificates will NOT be accepted
• Registered with local Employment Exchange (Karnataka candidates preferred; others subject to unfilled slots) — Not required for wards of Serving Railway Employees
• Engineering Graduates & Diploma Holders are NOT ELIGIBLE
• Candidates awaiting ITI/NTC results or who have failed in ITI/NTC are NOT ELIGIBLE

How To Fill Offline Application Form

1. Download Application Form (Annexure-A) and all Annexures (B, C, D & E) from official website: https://rwf.indianrailways.gov.in
2. Fill all columns carefully in CAPITAL LETTERS. Leaving any column blank will lead to rejection.
3. Paste a recent colour passport size photograph (self attested). Attach two identical photos in a separate cover.
4. Enclose self-attested photocopies of: 10th Marksheet, NTC Certificate (NCVT only), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Employment Exchange Card, and IPO/DD of Rs. 100/- (exempted for SC/ST/PH/Women).
5. Affix Left Hand Thumb Impression on the application form.
6. Fill and sign the Checklist (Annexure-F) — mandatory, else application will be rejected.
7. Drop sealed application in Drop Box at Personnel Dept, RWF, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064 OR send by Registered Post Only to: The Senior Personnel Officer-II, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore – 560 064
8. Submit before 17:00 hrs of 01-04-2026. Late applications will not be entertained.
