How To Fill Online Form

  1. Candidates must register online using a valid email ID and mobile number and note down the system-generated Registration/Application Number for future reference.
  2. Online application form must be filled only through the official website of Delhi High Court (www.delhihighcourt.nic.in).
  3. Candidates who are Government Servants must ensure that they can produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of Interview, if shortlisted.
  4. Candidates must upload a recent coloured passport-size photograph in JPEG format, size 100 KB to 200 KB, not older than three months, without cap or spectacles, with dimensions approximately 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm.
  5. If the prescribed photograph is not uploaded correctly, the application will be cancelled.
  6. Candidates must upload their left-hand thumb impression in JPEG format, size 50 KB to 200 KB; if left thumb is unavailable, right-hand thumb impression may be used.
  7. Candidates must upload a clear and legible signature in JPEG format, size 50 KB to 150 KB; blurred or illegible signatures will be rejected.
  8. Applications filled entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted and shall be rejected.
  9. The last date and time for submission of online application is 23.02.2026 up to 11:00 PM.
  10. Candidates are advised to submit the application well before the last date to avoid technical issues due to heavy traffic on the website.
  11. Delhi High Court will not be responsible if candidates fail to submit applications due to reasons beyond its control.
  12. Before final submission, candidates must carefully verify all details filled in the application form.

Stage–I: Preliminary Examination (CBT – Objective Type)

  • Computer-Based Test with 120 questions for 120 marks
  • Time: 120 minutes
  • Sections:
    1. English Language & Comprehension – 45 Questions (45 Marks)
    2. General Awareness / Current Affairs – 45 Questions (45 Marks)
    3. General Intelligence, Reasoning & Numerical Ability – 30 Questions (30 Marks)
  • Negative Marking: 25% (0.25 mark deducted for each wrong answer)
  • Qualifying Marks:
    1. General: 60 marks (50%)
    2. Reserved/PwBD: 54 marks (45%)

Stage–II: Main Examination (Descriptive – English Language)

  • Total Marks: 100
  • Time: 120 minutes
